NOTIFICATION OF APPARENT LOW BID

This serves as notification that ABM Industry Groups, LLC was identified as the apparent low bidder during the public bid opening held on Friday, August 7, at 3:00 p.m. at TJPA’s main office.

The term “apparent low bidder” means ABM Industry Groups, LLC submitted the lowest priced offer as opened, however, the final contract award remains contingent on determining the bid is responsive and the bidder is responsible.

The TJPA will issue and post a formal Notification of Award on its website once the evaluations are complete and a final award decision has been made.

ANNOUNCEMENT

INVITATION FOR BIDS

 

The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) issues this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Janitorial Services for the Salesforce Transit Center (Property) from qualified firms (Bidders) to provide janitorial services in mixed-use commercial and public spaces.

Bids must be received by the TJPA no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, August 7, 2026. Bids submitted electronically shall be in Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) and sent via email or file sharing link to Procurement@tjpa.org. Bidders who elect to submit a physical copy of their Bids shall submit one hardcopy and a USB drive containing the Bid in PDF to the following address:
