In compliance with the Governor’s Executive Order N-08-21 (June 11, 2021), this meeting will be held exclusively via teleconference participation of a quorum of Committee members in locations not open to the public.  The purpose of the order is to help California respond to, recover from, and mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, while allowing the public to observe and address the Committee.

Providing Public Comment
