The Transbay Joint Powers Authority meeting will be held in Room 416, at 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street. There is accessible parking available within the Civic Center Underground Parking Garage at the corner of McAllister and Polk Streets, and within the Performing Arts Parking Garage at Grove and Franklin Streets.

CONSENT CALENDAR
9. All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine by the Transbay Joint Powers Authority, and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Board or the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
(9.1) Approving the Minutes of the November 14, 2019 meeting.
(9.2) Authorizing the Executive Director to execute an assignment and novation of the agreement for Independent Auditing Services from Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co. to Eide Bailly.
(9.3) Authorizing the Executive Director to execute an amendment to extend the agreement for State Advocacy Services with Townsend Public Affairs, Inc. for one year at the rate of $111,000.
(9.4) Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a Professional Services Agreement with lowercase productions, LLC to provide wayfinding signage consultation services for a term not to exceed two years, and at an initial cost not to exceed $100,000, as may be amended to add additional services and increase the budget by an additional $100,000 (up to $200,000 total) based on funding availability.
(9.5) Annual review and approval of Board Policy No. 009, Investment Policy and Board Policy No. 017, Debt Management Policy.
