Edwin Santiago

Edwin Santiago joined the TJPA in November 2025. As the Security Operations Manager, he is responsible for assisting the Chief Security Officer with the Safety and Security Program, including physical security operations and emergency management. Mr. Santiago has worked in the security field since 2009, bringing extensive expertise in corporate and high-rise security management, risk intelligence, threat monitoring, event security, investigations, executive protection, security systems technology, and project management.

Prior to joining the TJPA, Mr. Santiago served as the Security Account Manager at Salesforce Headquarters, following a 13-year tenure with Allied Universal. His foundation in public safety began as a correctional officer in his hometown of Philadelphia, which instilled a deep commitment to discipline, integrity, and community safety that guides his leadership today. Beyond his professional achievements, he is driven by a simple but powerful goal: to create environments where the public feels safe, respected, and confident in the security measures that protect them every day.
